In order to provide the best experience for participants, it’s necessary to limit the number of participants. Additionally, at this time, in order to allow for social distancing and COVID-19 best health practices, city facilities have smaller capacities.
Applications for January 2021 will be accepted through Monday, November 30, 2020. Applications will then be reviewed. Acceptance and introduction notices will be sent out to participants on or before December 14, 2020.
First and foremost, you should expect to have a fun and engaging experience. Each week, participants will get to learn about a particular division, department, or program from departmental staff. Department staff will have chosen that day’s meal for you, as well as put together the presented information so each meeting will be a different experience.
If you missed the application, or you didn’t receive an acceptance for this first class, don’t worry. We will have additional classes. Check this page and our social media pages for updates on future classes.
