  1. Virtual Chess Club

    Children at all skill levels can join Chess Club for fast games, slow games, and tournaments every Monday at 5:30 p.m. In partnership with Arlington Public Library, Mansfield Public Library uses the free online platform ChessKid.com. Chess Kid is a safe, child-friendly platform for learning and playing online chess. Register for Chess Club one time and Mansfield Public Library's Youth Services Librarian, Ms. Julie, will create a Chess Kid account for your child and add them to the Library Chess Club for weekly play. Contact Ms. Julie at julie.crisafulli@mansfieldtexas.gov if you wish to have a parent account to monitor your child's progress or if you already have a ChessKid account.

    Get Crafty is going virtual! For all of our crafters, come create a fun project for adults (18+) with Mansfield Public Library. Option one reserves a Get Crafty bag containing all necessary supplies for the project. No library card is required for this project. You must pick up your supplies three days prior to the program, or your spot will be released to the next person on the wait-list.
