Founders' Day Festival

Join us from 10 a.m. -4 p.m. on August 28 for the Founders' Day Festival 

Step back into the 1800s at the Founders' Day Festival. The free event will have historical artisans such as blacksmiths, potters, weavers, cooks, musicians and more. There will be hand-on activities and games from the 19th century as well as hand-made items for sale. Tours of the historic Man House Museum will be available. 

The event is from 10am - 4pm on August 28, 2021 at the Man House Museum, the historic home of one of Mansfield's founding fathers, Ralph Man. Food trucks will be onsite for those who have worked up an appetite learning about what life in Mansfield was like in the 1800s.

Limited parking is available at the Man House Museum. Shuttle service is available from other lots in Downtown Mansfield. The shuttle will pick up at the Walnut St., Pond Branch North, Pond Branch South and Elm St. parking lots.
