What is Summer Reading Club?
Summer Reading Club is an engaging learning program that encourages all ages to read over the summer for prizes and discover new things by attending library programs. Everyone is invited to join in the fun, young children to adults. There is a large body of research demonstrating that summer slide can cause students to lose 2-3 months of learning, even more for students in low income families without access to books. Now is the time to sign up for our Summer Reading Club and beat the summer slide!
Boredom Busters are back this summer! Stop by the library to pick up a free activity kit for kids to adults. New bags are always rolling out so there's never a reason to be bored this summer! Pick up your Boredom Buster at the front desk of the library or through curbside pickup anytime the library is open, starting June 5.
