Masks Required at the Mansfield Activities Center

Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley issued an executive order on June 26 requiring employees and visitors to businesses to wear masks or face coverings. See below  for the city’s official Health and Safety Policy.

City of Mansfield Health and Safety Policy

All Mansfield Parks facilities are open, including:

Mansfield Activities Center
Parks & Rec Administration Office
All athletic fields (by permit only)
Basketball courts
Volleyball courts
Outdoor fitness stations
Chandler Park Skateboard Plaza
Chandler Park Splash Pad
Park restrooms
Park drinking fountains
Park pavilions

Important Reminder

All parks and trails are open on their regularly scheduled hours, but we ask that you please use caution before visiting and always maintain at least six feet of distance between you and other visitors. Do not gather, meet up or visit with anyone at the park who does not live in your same household. Use sanitizer and avoid touching any shared surfaces.

It is impossible for the city to disinfect park equipment and furnishings in a manner to totally eradicate the potential spread of COVID-19. Our crews are working hard to keep the parks clean. But the safest way to avoid the spread of dangerous germs is to stay home.
